Show management reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any person who violates event rules, engages in unsafe or disruptive behavior, or fails to follow reasonable instructions from show management, venue personnel, or security.

5. Vendor Registrations & Exhibitor Services

Vendor table reservations, exhibitor registrations, and related services may be subject to additional terms contained in a vendor agreement, registration form, invoice, or other written agreement.

Vendors are responsible for complying with applicable laws, licenses, permits, taxes, event rules, and requirements associated with their products, services, transactions, and activities.

In the event of a conflict between these general website Terms & Conditions and a separately executed vendor agreement, the specific terms of the vendor agreement will control with respect to that vendor relationship.

6. Advertising & Sponsorship

Advertising and sponsorship purchases may be subject to availability, approval, technical requirements, deadlines, and additional written terms.

Main Events LLC reserves the right to reject advertising or sponsorship material that is unlawful, misleading, inappropriate for the event, technically unsuitable, or inconsistent with event standards.

Advertisers and sponsors are responsible for ensuring that materials they provide do not infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other rights of third parties.

Placement, frequency, display method, and availability may vary depending on the advertising or sponsorship product purchased.

7. Payments

Prices displayed on the website are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
