How Much Are Vendor Tables?

Vendor tables are $70 per 8-foot table. Vendors who reserve and pay in full by September 30, 2026 can lock in the discounted rate of $60 per table.

What Is Included With My Table?

Each reservation includes an 8-foot table, vendor credentials, and access to available vendor amenities. Chairs are available upon request, and electrical access is free where available.

When Is Vendor Move-In?

Vendor move-in is available:

Friday, March 5: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Saturday, March 6: 7:00 AM – 8:30 AM

All vendors should be ready before the show opens Saturday morning.

What Are the Show Hours?

Saturday, March 6: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Sunday, March 7: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Do Vendors Have to Stay for the Entire Show?

Yes. Vendors are expected to remain set up during advertised show hours. Early breakdown requires approval from show management.

Is Electricity Available?

Yes. Electrical access is free where available. Please let us know when reserving your space if you require electricity.

Are Chairs Provided?

Chairs are available upon request.

Is There Anything Available for Vendors During the Show?

Yes. Vendors will have access to a vendor-only lounge and complimentary coffee during the show.

Can Non-Firearm Businesses Become Vendors?

Yes. We welcome approved businesses that are a good fit for the show. Contact us with information about what you sell and we can let you know if your business is a good match.

Can I Choose My Table Location?

We will do our best to accommodate location requests, but booth and table assignments are made by show management and cannot be guaranteed.

What Are the Firearm Safety Requirements?

All firearms brought into the show must be unloaded and secured according to show safety procedures. Complete firearm safety and vendor rules will be provided before your reservation is confirmed.

Do I Need a Sales Tax License or Other Business Licenses?

Vendors are responsible for meeting all applicable federal, state, and local requirements for the products they sell. We may request licensing or tax information before confirming your space.

When Will I Receive the Complete Vendor Rules?

Complete vendor rules and requirements will be provided to you as part of the reservation process before your tables are confirmed.

How Do I Reserve Tables?

Contact us with your name, business name, what you sell, and the number of tables you would like to reserve.

When Is the Alabama Arms & Ammo Show?

The show will be held March 6–7, 2027 at the Clanton Conference & Performing Arts Center in Clanton, Alabama.
