1. Admission Tickets

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, admission ticket sales are final and non-refundable.

We are unable to provide refunds because a ticket holder is unable to attend, arrives after the event has begun, leaves the event early, or changes their plans.

Admission may be refused or revoked for violation of show rules, venue policies, applicable law, or unsafe or disruptive behavior. Removal or refusal of admission for these reasons does not entitle the individual to a refund.

2. Rescheduled Events

If an event is postponed or rescheduled rather than cancelled, previously purchased admission will generally remain valid for the rescheduled event.

Any additional refund, credit, or transfer options offered for a rescheduled event will be announced by Main Events LLC based on the circumstances of that event.

3. Vendor Tables & Exhibitor Registrations

Vendor tables and exhibitor spaces are limited and are removed from available inventory when reserved. For that reason, vendor payments are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the applicable Vendor Agreement.

Vendor cancellations, table reductions, transfers, credits, and other changes are governed by the Vendor Agreement or other written terms provided with the reservation.

If Main Events LLC cancels the event and does not reschedule it, vendor payments for that cancelled event will be handled according to the applicable Vendor Agreement.

If there is a conflict between this general Refund Policy and a signed Vendor Agreement, the terms of the Vendor Agreement will control.

4. Advertising

Advertising inventory may include website advertising, vendor spotlights, on-site digital advertising, printed materials, or other promotional placements offered by Main Events LLC.

Advertising payments are generally non-refundable once the advertisement has been approved, created, scheduled, published, displayed, or otherwise placed into production.

If an advertiser cancels before work or placement has begun, Main Events LLC may, at its discretion, provide a refund, credit, or transfer to another available advertising opportunity.

If Main Events LLC is unable to provide a purchased advertising placement, we may offer a replacement placement, account credit, prorated refund, or other reasonable remedy based on the portion of the advertising service that was not delivered.

5. Sponsorships

Sponsorships involve reserved promotional rights, branding opportunities, and limited event inventory. Sponsorship payments are therefore generally non-refundable once the sponsorship has been accepted and promotional activity or preparation has begun.

Specific sponsorship agreements may contain additional cancellation, payment, or refund provisions. When a separate sponsorship agreement exists, that agreement will control.

If Main Events LLC is unable to provide a material sponsorship benefit, we may work with the sponsor to provide a reasonable substitute, credit, adjustment, or other remedy as appropriate.

6. Custom Advertising & Design Work

Fees paid for custom design, artwork, advertising preparation, production, or other customized services are generally non-refundable once work has begun.

Additional revisions or changes outside the originally agreed scope may result in additional charges.

7. Merchandise

Merchandise purchased through ArmsAndAmmo.show may be subject to additional return or exchange terms displayed with the product or provided at the time of purchase.

Customized, personalized, made-to-order, or final-sale merchandise may not be eligible for return unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered.

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, contact us as soon as reasonably possible so we can review the issue.

8. Processing & Service Fees

Payment processors, ticketing providers, or other third-party services may charge processing or service fees in connection with a transaction.

Where a third-party fee is not returned to Main Events LLC, that fee may be excluded from any refund otherwise issued.

9. Billing Questions & Charge Disputes

If you believe you were charged incorrectly or have a question about a transaction, please contact Main Events LLC before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback so that we have an opportunity to review and resolve the issue.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection or payment-card laws.

10. How Approved Refunds Are Issued

Approved refunds will generally be returned to the original payment method when reasonably possible.

The time required for a refund to appear may depend on the payment processor, financial institution, or card issuer involved in the transaction.

11. Exceptions

Main Events LLC may make reasonable exceptions to this policy when circumstances warrant. Any exception granted in one situation does not require Main Events LLC to make the same exception in another situation.

Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to limit rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

12. Other Terms

This Refund Policy should be read together with our Terms & Conditions and any additional agreement applicable to a particular purchase, including vendor or sponsorship agreements.

13. Changes to This Policy

Main Events LLC may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The current version will be posted on ArmsAndAmmo.show with an updated revision date.

The refund terms applicable to a transaction are generally those in effect at the time the transaction is completed, together with any additional terms specifically provided for that purchase.
